Sam has Diabetes type 2 & arthritis June 2003, and prostate cancer since April 2000. He started the program June 2003, only taking dosage one. Blood sugar numbers dropped in one week from 156 down to 120 . He was taking 2 Celebrex daily for his arthritis and could not think of playing golf 2 days in a row. Now, he takes only one Celebrex daily and plays 2 - 3 days in a row and 4 days weekly on average. Because he was receiving Lupron for the Prostate cancer, his PSA was "0" before the diabetes was discovered, so, there is no known effect from this program. After a short timeframe, the diabetes is under better control and the arthritis is no longer evident.
